Fresh every night
We bake at night, so in the morning you take home bread and pastries that came out of the oven a few hours earlier. Nothing here is from yesterday.
Organic flour
Our flour comes from a mill in the Achterhoek — organic and with character. Good flour is half the work, and that's where we start.
Taking our time
Our sourdough rises overnight. That rest makes the bread deeper in flavor and easier to digest — time you can't skip.
